Brainstorming!

 Hey Hey!

After my previous post, my group has been brainstorming many ideas, ranging from funny/entertaining to dark/mysterious. 

So far we had been leaning on a coming-of-age theme with dark undertones. We want to focus the story on three friends who are vastly different from each other but are still really good friends, like opposites attract. At the beginning it will start off happy with music to accompany it.

There was a point where I did not attend school for one day so my group members discussed on the project further and had created this interesting idea where it shows each friend pick up a pair of headphones/places them down, creating a match cut transition. I think it's an interesting idea as it could showcase a little of each character in a few seconds. They had also came up with an idea that one of the friends ends up leaving the group, whether its moving away or other reasons, leaving the two friends by themselves trying to navigate the world. 

At the end, we see the remaining two friends trying to move forward and do the activities they weren't able to do when they had contact with the other friend. 

It may sound a bit chaotic but to be fair we are brainstorming ideas. I really like taking the trailer in this coming-of-age direction as it is a theme my group can easily recreate. We are still finalizing our idea, but it is good we have started with a few interesting ideas.
